24 examples of really bad advert placements

When it comes to advertising you’ll often find that placement of adverts makes quite a big difference in response rates and price of the advertisement. These can be chosen by you and controlled… however there are certain things that you cannot control and these can be things such as the editorial around the advert, where the ad specifically will sit and in online advertisements you can often control where your ad will appear based on keywords however this can sometimes go a bit wrong.

    Oh these are excellent! Such shocking bad taste!
    The duck one has to be forced though! Or are they all? I don’t know, it is too hard to tell whether auto-matching ads are just doing their work for these awful instances.

    Ye it’s tricky to say, I reckon most will just match certain keywords, i.e set advert to show when cruise word is mentioned, but not put any negative keywords such as ‘crash’ ‘sinking’ in with the ad

    Hilarious..Especially the duck and UPS ads…This is what happens when Google Adsense and other advertising programs scan the text to show relevant ads.. :)
